Tacoma Strength Update

To our Tacoma Strength community:

We at Tacoma Strength hope that you are staying healthy, strong, and pushing forward together in these challenging times.

We are extremely grateful for your support. Tacoma Strength is more than just a gym. It is more than a place to grow stronger. It is a place where we laugh and learn. It is home to where we share and bond. It is a community that we have built together.

As of date, the Governor's office has provided a basic timeline for when we will be allowed to reopen but details such as exact dates and guidelines have not yet been provided.

In the meantime, we have been hard at work developing plans for how we will reopen the gym in a safe manner. These plans will be subject to change based upon city and state guidelines but responding to constantly varied demands is something that we’ve all trained for. When the time comes, we will be ready.

Even though we are not together physically, this does not mean we aren’t still growing stronger together. If you haven’t already done so, please reach out to us if you have any questions about participating in the resources and opportunities available:

If you haven’t joined us because of space or equipment limitations - or even if you’ve needed some motivation - reach out to us. We may not be able to coach you in person but that doesn’t mean that we stopped coaching.

If you have questions, comments, or concerns please let us know.

In the meantime, we ask of you a favor. Reach out to your community and ask how they are doing. A simple text or email will go a long way. When you are done reading this note, reach out to two people and ask how they are doing. Stronger. Together.

Thank you. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
